Nutrition & Exercise are important. So is cleanliness. Be sure to meditate and pray.
Check with Jesus through the entire process.
1. Assess(ing) the situation. Be aware of Jesus. He is. Seek the Father. Seek Jesus. Look to him as your guide. Seek a support system. Understand the situation. Results might be according to what you seek. It's OK to use critical thought with Jesus. Diction(ary). Jesus will keep you apprised. Behaving for Jesus can be enlightening. Live in the spirit and the word. Know and believe that he will give you the words. That should keep your vocabulary clean. Remember, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Walk away if necessary. Find common ground with Jesus. Love the Lord Jesus. He is your friend. Let him in your heart. Hope will lead to prayer. Prayer strengthens your relationship with Jesus. When you pray, pray in secret. You will have your answer in Heaven on earth as it is in heaven. Make sure his will is your will. Truth seeking can be cathartic. Revelations. He'll provide the answer. He created you. Be a vessel for him to live in. Just check with Jesus through the entire living process. Maintain your relationship with him. Speak from the heart as if he is living there. Know trust. Being thankful in all things is good. it will prove beneficial. You might believe you are walking with Christ in your heart. There is strength in believing Christ. He will guide you to the knowledge you need at any given moment. Be true to him and yourself. You will achieve wisdom through his strength and knowledge. He will carry you through life. Seek a minister. Treat others as you would like to be treated. in other words, show people love. Carry that with you now and in to the afterlife. Dial 811 for suicide prevention or 211 for city services when in quandry. You can enjoy just being. Behave. Be good. Enjoy prayer. Give him time and opportunity to work in your life. Develop a relationship with Jesus. Nurture it. You'll see results. Sometimes you have to wait, then do. All in his good time. It is good. Let him give you his blessing(s). Be of his canvass or clay. Let him shape and mold you. You'll turn out perfect in his eyes. You might realize that laughter truly is the best medicine.

6. Overcoming. Remember Jesus' is with you. Thrive. Don't panic. Trust Jesus whatever happens.

8. Healing. Peace. Calmness. Match your will to Jesus' will. Build trust in him. There are angel's in life to help you who believe in Jesus as their personal saviour. Those are the ones to seek. Praying strengthens your relationship with the Lord. The goal is to make it to heaven while edifying God, Jesus, here on earth. You can be a good example. It is ok to be happy & joyful. We are to show Jesus' Love so other's will know what that feels like. Alot can be solved by loving the sinner and hating the sin as per St. Augustine. Just know you can do anything with hope, courage, some encouragement, even negative, if it's true, you will survive. When will we learn that we are perfect in the eyes of the Lord? A work in progress. Live & Learn. Once you have acquired the 7 things under Maslow's Heirarchy of needs pyramid at the base as basic needs such as Food, Clothing, Communications, Transportation, Housing, Health Care, & Cash Flow you can move on to the middle part and do things for yourself, after that at the top part you start doing things for other people. Evaluate your needs sometimes to stay on the right path. Be Thankful & happy!
Always do the best that you can in the Lord's eyes as he is omnipotent and the bad stuff will subside. Weep when necessary.
Psalms 23 is good. When you realize that there are two forms of reference in what you need and what God provides, it becomes easier to be thankful. Be thankful in ALL things.
